TSF Security Training Institute: Our PSARA Training Institute in Pune is certified by the Maharashtra State Government.

Security Personnel Training :

On-Job Training :This is a continuous training program to train the security personnel to enhance their domain knowledge to perform their task in an efficient manner.


Pre deployment training to Security Guards : 21 days of training is provided to Security personnel before deployment as per PSARA.


Refresher Training : This is a half-yearly exercise to ensure that the security personnel retain the knowledge..


Induction Training :

New employee orientation includes an induction training at Corporate Office that aims to provide new hires with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in their positions.

Domain-specific Training : :Training related to their domain, TSF systems and policies.


Technical Training :Our technical training encompasses a wide range of topics, including safety techniques , industry-specific tools and equipment, and best practices. By investing in technical training for employees, we increase the overall performance, reduce costly errors, and stay ahead of competitors. This provides ongoing professional development opportunities and develop employees to be a valued member of Security team. We regularly assess organizational training needs for safety and security and tailor programs to address specific areas for improvement. In doing so, we ensure that our security personnel’s are well-equipped to meet the demands of an ever-evolving safety and security environment .


Compliance Training :Compliance training is training on actions that are mandated by a law, agency, or policy outside the organization’s purview. Compliance training is often industry-specific may include topics such as cyber security and sexual harassment.


Soft Skills Training :Soft skills training is a subset of skills training that focuses specifically on soft skills, as opposed to technical or “hard” skills. Soft skills include emotional intelligence, adaptability, creativity, influence, communication and teamwork. Some trainers refer to soft skills as “power skills” or “professional life skills” to emphasize their importance.


Safety Training :Safety training is training that focuses on improving organizational health and safety and reducing workplace injury. It can encompass employee safety, workplace safety, customer safety and digital and information safety. Safety training can include both training that is required by law and training that organizations offer without legally being required to do so.


Management Development :Management development focuses on providing managers with the knowledge and skills that they need to be effective managers and developers of talent. Topics may include accountability, collaboration, communication, engagement and listening and assessing.


Leadership Development :Leadership development is any activity that increases an individual’s leadership ability or an organization’s leadership capability, including activities such as learning events, mentoring, coaching, self-study, job rotation and special assignments to develop the knowledge and skills required to lead.


Customer Service Training :Customer service training focuses on providing employees with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. Customer service training include content on essential employee behaviour, service strategies and service systems.


Classroom Training :This encourages employees growth and lead to healthy relationships that enable new employees to feel supported and welcomed. Classroom training also includes coaching, teaching and mentoring to focus on sharing knowledge.


Technical Training :
Offers flexibility and scalability, as any number of participants during the induction program. This training involves implementing virtual classroom features such as screen-sharing, audio-visual tools and video recording.


On Job Training :
This allows employees to understand the working environment and acquire new competencies. The training also helps employees use special apps and custom made software in a live-work practise or training environment.


Role Playing :
This process consists of the trainee and trainers, where the trainees act as if they are dealing with a problem and are responsible for solving it without guidance. Participants are required to act fast and realistically in various dynamic situations.


Case Study :
In this method, employee gets a real or imaginary scenario that depicts everyday work situations. They then receive basic instructions to analyse the case and come up with the best possible solution to help improve their problem-solving skills.


Development of Team Spirit :
This is done to engage employees in group activities to explore their strengths and weaknesses and to find a balance between them so that they behave as a team.
